What is DISC?

DISC is a framework that is easy to remember and gives insight into how an individual is likely to behave, communicate and work in certain environments. This information can be very helpful for personal and professional development and has been used by millions of people worldwide.  The information gathered via our online self assessment, measures an individual’s behavioural and personality style.  Key aspects of the personality such as strengths, weaknesses, motivators, development areas and much more are highlighted to help an individual understand not only conscious behaviours, but also unconscious behaviours that can affect many aspects of their life.
